Who we are
Famedia LLC is a New York limited liability company based in Glen Cove, New York. In this policy, "Famedia," "we" and "us" mean Famedia LLC. You can reach us at info@famedia.agency or (516) 336-4142.
What this policy covers
This policy covers famedia.agency, the contact form, call booking, and the emails and text messages we send you. It does not cover:
- Compa. Compa is a separate product with its own Privacy Policy and Terms at textcompa.com. Agreeing to texts from Famedia does not sign you up for texts from Compa.
- Client data. Information we handle inside a client's own accounts (their CRM, ad accounts or social accounts) is covered by our written agreement with that client.
What we collect

- Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number (optional), the services you're interested in and your message.
- Call booking: when you book a call through our booking calendar, your name, email, phone number and any notes you add.
- Anything you share with us by email, text or on a call.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, the site that referred you and link tracking tags (UTMs).
- Cookie and pixel data, described in Cookies, pixels and analytics below.
The health check tool
The numbers you type into the funnel health check on our Method page stay in your browser. We don't collect or store them.

- To send emails about your inquiry or our work together, and marketing emails if you signed up for them
- To understand how the site is used and measure our ads
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, forms, call booking, email and text messaging. Data may be processed outside your state or country.
- Zoom: video calls.
- Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly site analytics.
- Google: analytics and advertising measurement.
- Meta: advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel.
- Our email provider: to send and receive email.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Text messages
If you check the box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Famedia LLC about your inquiry, booking a call and follow-ups on your project. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can also opt out by emailing info@famedia.agency or telling us any other reasonable way. We'll honor it promptly.
Cookies, pixels and analytics
- Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
- Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how people use the site.
- Google Ads. We use remarketing and conversion tracking. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet and use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our site. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings.
- Meta Pixel measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram and helps show them to people who visited. You can change this in your Meta ad preferences.
- Booking calendar. The calendar on our contact page is run by GoHighLevel. It sets a short-lived security cookie (Cloudflare bot protection for GoHighLevel's servers), stores an analytics ID in your browser and loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
The cookie notice on our site lets you decline advertising cookies and pixels. You can also block cookies in your browser or opt out of interest-based ads through the Network Advertising Initiative. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; use the cookie notice instead.
Calls
We don't record calls by default. If we ever want to record or transcribe a call, we'll tell you at the start and only go ahead if you agree.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work with you and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. When we work in clients' ad and social accounts, we use partner or business-level access instead of shared passwords. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Decline advertising cookies with the cookie notice.
- Email info@famedia.agency to ask what we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it.
Other sites
Our site links to other sites, including Compa, Zoom, client websites and social platforms. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
When we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll note it on this page.
